Dr Mavra Stithou

Mavra Stithou is an environmental economist with a strong interest in marine management and planning. She had diverse roles in the academic, consultancy and public sectors. Apart from Government post in MMO's Evidence Team (UK), she has also collaborated with the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research, Athens University of Economics and Business, the National University of Ireland, Galway (Ireland) and other institutes. She has worked on several research projects focusing, among others, on the integration of ecosystem services into decision-making which is one of her main research interests.
